A Blush and White Garden Wedding at Florentine Gardens: Noa & Nate
Blush, white and green, a garden first look, a chuppah under the trees and golden hour right after the ceremony. Noa and Nate’s wedding at The Estate at Florentine Gardens.
Noa and Nate married at The Estate at Florentine Gardens in River Vale, New Jersey on a bright Sunday in July, with 300 guests, a garden chuppah wrapped in white roses, and a palette of blush pink, white and green that ran through everything from the bridesmaids’ robes to the last centerpiece. Here is their day, start to finish.
Getting Ready
The morning started in the white bridal suite: Noa having her hair done by the window, her gown waiting by the marble fireplace, and her bridesmaids in matching blush floral robes. Down the hall, Nate’s father helped with his cufflinks, and the groomsmen found the pool table.

A First Look in the Gardens
Just after one, Noa walked up the garden path to Nate. The gardens at Florentine Gardens are in full color in July, and the two of them had them almost to themselves.

Portraits Around the Estate
We spent the rest of the early afternoon moving around the estate: the long garden paths for her train, the black iron gate, the wrought-iron doors, the courtyard, and inside by the windows and the carved marble fireplace.

Family & Bridal Party
With two big families and seventeen people in the bridal party, the family portraits were planned down to the last combination. Noa’s bridesmaids wore soft pastels in blush, lilac, butter yellow and sky blue, and the groomsmen lined up on the steps of the estate’s white portico.

Tisch & Bedeken
As guests arrived for the smorgasbord, Nate sat at the tisch with his family and friends. Then came the moment he told us mattered most to him: making his way through the crowd to see Noa at the bedeken.

A Garden Chuppah
The ceremony was outside in the garden in the late afternoon light. Nate’s kittel waited by a white rose arch, the bridesmaids walked the aisle in their pastels, and the chuppah stood under the trees with every guest gathered around it.

Golden Hour
Right after the ceremony, the sun dropped behind the trees and gave us the best light of the day. We walked back through the gardens, under the rose-covered chuppah, and onto the ceremony lounge before heading inside.

Into the Ballroom
Inside, Esprit Events had long tables set with white flowers and gold chairs, and Krohma had the room on its feet within minutes. The hora filled the whole floor, and later Noa changed into a short white second dress for the rest of the night.
