Pre-Wedding

1st Consultation

Quote sent & contract signed (*one week soft hold)
*holds are not guaranteed confirmations, service retained by 1st to deposit
20% deposit/retainer; remaining balance on day of event
Staffing of 2nd photographer, videographers, and assistant

6-12 Months Before Wedding

Collaborative document shared to gather pertinent wedding details
Schedule engagement shoot to get comfortable in front of Alex Knight's camera

2-3 Months Before Wedding

Go through wedding timeline
Discuss details
Create shot list

1-2 Weeks Before Wedding

Finalize timeline and shot list
Remaining balance is paid in full

Post-Wedding

Day After Wedding

Images and video are triple backed up (x2 HD and on cloud)

1 Week After Wedding

50-60 previews delivered in private online gallery

4-5 Weeks After Wedding

(5-6 Weeks May to September Weddings)

Post process - Images are culled, cropped, color corrected, etc
Images are added to and organized in a private online gallery

Video Processing

All videos delivered 8-12 weeks post wedding

Album Process

Customization of the album cover
Images are chosen by for the main and/or parent albums
1st Layout Draft Design (2-3 weeks)
Retouching of images for album (4-5 weeks)
Final Draft Approval
Album is printed & bound in Italy and shipped to the US (1-2 week)
